Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to the full reservation amount. No modifications are permitted within this 21-day period.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total reservation amount will be charged. No refunds or vouchers will be issued for any unused nights.
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the booking is requested in order to confirm the reservation.
The deposit is refunded in case the reservation is cancelled within the free cancellation period.
In any other case where the free cancellation period has passed, the deposit can’t be refunded nor used as credit for future use.

Full prepayment upon booking is required for this special rate. If the guest cancels anytime no refund will be made.
In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel will notify you accordingly requesting a new payment method and reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligations.
